This is a great family campground that we return to every summer. We make reservations a year in advance to ensure our sites and have never had a problem. The premium campsites are very spacious and have a wooden hut to protect you from the sun on the site. There are tons of activities for everyone in the family, not to mention open access to the beach. Our family enjoys the pool with the lazy river, fishing in the lakes and golf cart parades at night. The camp store has everything that you could possibly need and there is great food at the camp grill. The restrooms are as clean as you can keep beach restrooms with the sand. This is a huge campground, so a golf cart is a must. They do not allow you to bring your own or reserve in advance, but we have never had a problem renting one. There are really three sections to the place (open sites close to the beach, wooded sites close to the pool, and seasonal and cabin rentals) so look at a map when you book your site. You could spend a week in this campground and not have to leave.

Nice campground. The sites in the trees are a little tight but the owners do everything to make sure you get the fit you need. We were there for the 4th of July and the reenactments stuff they had on site was great! Plenty of activities for the kids and the creek along the back of the campground is great for kids and dogs. We have already booked for next year.

This is one of the prettiest CG that I have ever seen. All of the little attention to detail on the grounds add to its beauty. The park is very spread out and very private. We were in a buddy site which were two pull-throughs facing each other with a connecting concrete pad between them. Every site is paved and every site has a concrete pad and a grill. There is no shortage of things to do with a game room, pool, lake activities which included swimming, a slide, fishing, and boats. The camp store is more a gift shop with little trinkets and figurines. The bathrooms are a work of art. It would be hard to find nicer ones. Their golf cart policy is a little incoherent. You must return the golf cart that you paid to use, in order to charge the batteries. This causes you to lose 8 hours of use that you paid for. The campground has internet but it is very slow and was down for 3 of the 4 days we were there. I would have given this campground a 10 but they charged me three times for the stay and only after me calling multiple times and multiple days did the problem get resolved. This was just not something I wanted to deal with while I was on vacation.

This was a very nice and small park. The campers are packed on one another but the ocean access makes it worth while. Some longer camper rigs hang out into the CG road but do not pose any problems. The owners are as nice as they come. When we had to cut our stay short they offered a refund of the unused time. I would not accept the entire amount as it was not their fault we had to leave. The park is composed of half seasonal people and half travelers. There is not much here for children as the playground is a backyard swing set that looks like it does not get used much. There was a pool table and a small campground store with basic items. If you looking for 100% beach and not a lot of people this is the place to go because the beach is uncrowded and there is not much going on in the surrounding area.

Great location for spending time in Ocean City Maryland with only a short drive to get to the city. The owners have made some additions from last year to the location with a Great Hall which holds a camp store, arcade, and laundry room. They have also added cabins to the back of the grounds. The beach access is nice and is well maintained. It is not a large beach (no waves) but the best things are the sand bars just off the shore. The sand bars can easily be walked to or swam to by you, your dogs or kids at low tide. Once you are there you can find lots of ocean life swimming past your feet. The fenced in dog run has been improved with a lower lattice to help keep in the smaller dogs inside. There is a large field and a playground for the kids. We stayed in a normal site with full hook up but they do offer their club level with have a gated entrance, paved sites a grill, their own pool and I believe their own bath house… Not for me though… The grounds are not super busy and there are not a lot of golf cart. Assateague state park is across from the campground and the horses can be seen if they are on the beach that day. With the oc airport near by you can watch sky divers all day as they float back to the ground. They run busses to Assateague and Ocean City but we did not use these services. It was nice last year but it is even nicer this year. It will not be long before you need to book a year in advance in order to get a site.

We were here for Memorial Day weekend. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the place. There are tons of golf carts and bikes and traffic all weekend. It's an incredibly large campground, so if you are in the back, book your golf cart early. The pool and lake were incredibly overcrowded. However, there are tons of activities for the family on site. Unless you want to visit the 7-11 or pizza place, there is not much to do locally. We enjoyed the large grassy sites to spread out and relax for a weekend. This is an every year booking that is close to where we live that we use to make sure everything is working after the winter.

Good basic campground if you want to explore the Williamsburg area. Sites are a little dusty depending on the weather. We booked multiple sites for a family gathering that were messed up, so the family was not together. The staff did their best to put us as close together as possible. Basic playground and pool and an excellent dog run. No daily activities for the kids when we were there (late March for spring break).
